- Helping install emergency Lockboxes for residents in Marblehead
- Singing at the Bertram House in Swampscott and the Devereux House in Marblehead
- Food Delivery for the Marblehead Council on Aging
- Volunteer Time as a teacher helper or tutor
- Packing groceries for the GLSS Brown Bag project
- Changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries for elderly and disabled neighbors
ElderAct is a newly formed senior volunteer group sponsored by the Swampscott Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor. The only requirements are “service above self” and to have fun. There are no dues or attendance requirements. Membership is open to all seniors.
